1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between jeetoall ("jeetoall", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "Player", "User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the services available at jeetoall.net ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By creating a jeetoall account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jeetoall Platform and close your account.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of the jeetoall Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a hard eligibility requirement. No exceptions are made. By registering a jeetoall account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jeetoall Platform at any time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your jeetoall account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your account credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, whether or not you authorised that activity.

3.3 Accurate Information

You are required to keep all personal information associated with your jeetoall account accurate and up to date. jeetoall reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where inaccurate or misleading information has been provided, and to withhold or void any associated withdrawals or winnings pending investigation.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your jeetoall account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. jeetoall will retain records of your account activity as required by applicable regulatory and legal obligations.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Terms

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to jeetoall's verification requirements. jeetoall targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Withdrawal requests may be delayed where additional KYC documentation is required or where a withdrawal is subject to ongoing security review.

4.4 Currency

jeetoall accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals in PKR carry no conversion fees for Pakistani players. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jeetoall are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus amounts credited to your jeetoall account must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times).

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. The following conditions apply:

• Players must have a verified jeetoall account to claim and withdraw bonus winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

jeetoall employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any behaviour determined by jeetoall to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the jeetoall sportsbook are subject to acceptance by jeetoall. jeetoall reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where it suspects the bet has been placed on the basis of insider information, system error, or manifest error in the odds.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds on the jeetoall sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of the bet. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted by jeetoall are the odds that apply to that bet. jeetoall offers live in-play betting on selected events including PSL matches, international cricket, and other sports.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by jeetoall where: the event is cancelled or abandoned, a clear pricing error has occurred, the event is replayed under materially different conditions, or applicable sporting governing body rules require the result to be reversed. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your jeetoall account.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed in the jeetoall betting interface at the time of bet placement. jeetoall reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits to accounts that it determines are operating in a manner inconsistent with recreational betting activity.

6.5 Settlement

Bets are settled as soon as practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event. jeetoall uses official results from the relevant sporting governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of jeetoall shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process in Clause 13.

7 Casino Game Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jeetoall Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

1. Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using falsified documents to pass KYC verification.
2. Money Laundering: Using the jeetoall Platform for any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or the concealment of proceeds of criminal activity.
3. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on jeetoall.
4. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games on jeetoall.
5. Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting a manifest error in the jeetoall system, including odds errors, software glitches, or display errors, to obtain a financial advantage.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals against deposits made to your jeetoall account.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jeetoall Platform for its intended purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not extend to:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the jeetoall Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

jeetoall endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond jeetoall's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. jeetoall will not be liable for any losses arising from unavailability of the Platform.

11.2 Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeetoall shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jeetoall Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if jeetoall has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Maximum Liability

Where jeetoall is found to be liable under applicable law notwithstanding Clause 11.2, the total aggregate liability of jeetoall to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits made by you to your jeetoall account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that participation in casino games and sports betting on jeetoall may result in a loss of funds. jeetoall is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by jeetoall

jeetoall reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jeetoall reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Your identity information cannot be verified to jeetoall's satisfaction.
• Continued operation of your account presents a regulatory or legal risk to jeetoall.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your jeetoall account for a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances, bonus winnings, and pending promotional credits will be forfeited. Where termination arises for reasons other than breach, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law & Disputes
